At the foundation of the Group is Özdence İnşaat, established by Kürşat Özdence and Sururi Özdence. Under the leadership of its founders, both of whom hold contractor licenses, the company has successfully undertaken a variety of construction projects across different regions of Türkiye.
In 1987, Özdence İnşaat opened its office in Gazipaşa, Antalya, marking the beginning of its investments and own development projects in the region. The company continued its growth journey by opening an office in Alanya, Antalya, in 2003, further expanding its activities and developing new projects in the area.
With a strong emphasis on international cooperation, Özdence İnşaat has carried out various construction projects with business partners from several countries, particularly Germany, Jordan, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Belgium, and Ireland. The company approaches each project with a commitment to quality based on European standards, reliability, and the creation of sustainable long-term value.
An important part of Özdence Group’s real estate and investment operations, Home Yatırım & Emlak was founded by Şerafettin Yılmaz in 2004. Since its establishment, the company has provided real estate and investment consultancy services in prime locations throughout Türkiye, particularly in the Mediterranean Region, developing its operations on the principles of trust, transparency, and customer satisfaction.
The partnership established between Özdence İnşaat and Home Yatırım & Emlak in 2009 marked an important milestone in the Group’s development. This strategic collaboration brought together Özdence İnşaat’s extensive construction experience with Home Yatırım & Emlak’s expertise in real estate and investment, contributing to the successful realization of numerous projects.
Over the years, Özdence Group has continued to grow by expanding its activities into different sectors. The Group’s tourism and hospitality operations are represented by De’manor Hotel. With guest satisfaction and service quality at the heart of its approach, De’manor Hotel forms an important part of the Group’s investments in the tourism sector.
The Group is also active in the agricultural sector. Under the Tiger Organic brand, it produces and sells liquid fertilizers, providing innovative and sustainable solutions designed to support agricultural production.
